| PAYMENT/SHIPPING INFORMATION Payment A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy until it is old enough to go to your home. The deposit is deducted from the cost of your puppy. Otherwise, we sell puppies as first come, first serve, on a deposit basis. No puppy is considered sold until a deposit has been received. If you tell us you sent a deposit, we will wait a few days for it before selling the puppy to anyone else. If we don't receive your deposit, we will e-mail you and let you know it has not arrived. If we still do not receive it (or an answer from you regarding how it was sent, type of delivery, tracking number, or something), we will go ahead and sell the puppy. The United States Postal Service offers tracking on 2-day express mail, certified mail, registered mail, etc., which is not that expensive. The fastest way to send a deposit is via Western Union. We highly recommend using this method so your deposit is immediate and there is no room for uncertainty. Please note that we want to do what is best for the puppy, and also what is fair for both you and for us. We have had situations where more than one person wanted the same puppy, and it is very hard to manage this without hurting feelings. If you are sure you want a puppy, we suggest that you place a deposit on the puppy immediately. If a second party discovers the puppy and offers to buy, and if they appear to be a good home, we are hard-pressed to turn them down when no deposit has been paid or mailed. Please don't ask us to hold a puppy while you think about it, as we can't turn other good homes down when a puppy is not firmly sold. Payment in full is expected when pups are 7 weeks by western union, money order (must be postal money order), or at pick up if the final payment is in cash. Puppies will not be released or shipped until payment clears. SHIPPING Puppies must be 8 weeks old before they can be shipped. This is a airline requirement. We ship to most anywhere in the USA and Canada. While we would love for you to come pick your puppy up from our home we do understand this is not possible all the time. We can ship puppies at the buyers expense. The average cost is about $300.00 -$350.00. It is addition to the purchase price. With this fee it includes the shipping crate, airfare and health certificate from the vet allowing the puppy to fly which is required by the airlines. We will make all of the flight arrangements for the puppies. The buyer must provide the name, address, and phone number of the person picking up the puppy. A photo ID is required to pick up a puppy in all airports. We will provide you with the flight schedule and confirmation number. When acquiring about a puppy that needs to be shipped please specify the closet two airports so that we can get the puppy to the closet available one.
