A deposit of $ __________is hereby made and the remaining balance is due to Breeder before the dog is placed in the Buyer’s possession. The buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and is therefore NON-REFUNDABLE. Puppy must be paid in full by the age of 7 weeks. So it can be shipped at 8 weeks if needed. Deposits may be transferable only in the event that: sex of pup you requested is not produced; no pups are produced; not enough pups are produced to cover your pick or pup chosen dies or develops a health problem before 8 weeks of age. Deposits are not transferable because of coat color. UKC registration papers are being provided to the buyer with the sale of this puppy. Said puppy is in good health and condition at this time, Buyer is recommended to take this puppy to a veterinarian of choice within 48 hours of pickup/delivery for examination at this time puppy is fully guaranteed. Any problems must be brought to our attention immediately; vet bills shipping cost will not be refunded. If pup is found to be in poor health; pup will be replaced. If deemed unhealthy in any way, the puppy may be returned to the breeder for a replacement puppy after the breeder’s veterinarian has determined the buyer has not caused the health problem. No refunds are given. No exceptions. The first puppy vaccinations have been administered to said puppy. A health record is being provided to the buyer. Buyer agrees to have additional vaccinations given to the puppy on the schedule advised. This is very important. The puppy will need to be on heart worm preventative by the age of 6 months. Said puppy is guaranteed against any congenital or hereditary defects for 6 months that would interfere with the animal living a quality life. In the event that such a defect is discovered, buyer must provide the breeder with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian containing the diagnosis and prognosis for pup. Remaining shots and de-worming are the responsibility of the buyer. Any pup developing an illness related to lack of shots or de-worming will not be replaced all others will be replaced with a pup of the same value from the first possible breeding. If pups available are of greater value breeder will offer to deduct the original purchase price from the purchase of another pup breeder will not offer puppy of equal value without difference being paid by buyer. In no case will pups be replaced with one of greater value. Conditions that can be easily treated are also not covered by the guarantee. We will not be responsible for any skin or coat problems that may arise. Skin and coat problems are common among blue coated dogs and they tend to be more prone to bacterial, staph, viral, and fungal infections. Also to various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. While most are just simply due to the fact that they have this blue color. Most of these problems can be inexpensively treated.Most breeders will not tell you about these common problems but we feel it is your right to know. We have seen it produced in all bloodlines and colors but most commonly in blues of all bloodlines and many other blue coated breeds. Not all blue dogs will be affected by a skin problem but you must be prepared to treat your dog in the event that he does. The buyer understands that the seller cannot guarantee show quality. The breeder can only state an opinion as to show potential at the time of the sale. Breeder reserves the right to reclaim said puppy, should the buyer be unable to provide adequate food, shelter, attention, veterinarian care or should the puppy be allowed to roam loose or be kept in such a way to endanger its life or safety. In the event the terms of this paragraph are invoked, breeder shall not be obligated to pay buyer any consideration in as much as buyer's breech shall be considered an abandonment of said dog. The breeder guarantees lineage as stated on the UKC registration papers. It is understood that this dog is not sold for any illegal purpose. If the buyer desires to sell the said dog, the breeder must be given the first option to buy the dog. If the breeder declines, then the buyer has the right to sell the dog outright. We offer no further guarantees that are not stated above. By sending in your deposit you agree to these terms. We love to keep in touch with all of our puppies and new owners.
